SACAIR has limited financial support available to students and early-career academics to subsidise registration costs. Student authors and early-career academics should urgently apply for this support on or before the due date:

Important Dates:

Applications for Financial support opens: Monday, 5 October 2026
Applications for Financial support close: Sunday, 11 October 2026
Confirmation: Applicants will be advised of the outcome of their application by Tuesday, 13 October 2026.

• Financial support is limited to partial or full waiver of conference fees only. Flights and accommodation will, regrettably, not be covered.
• We will consider funding only for individuals that have applied by the due date.
• Note that the final date for registration for the conference is for authors of accepted papers is 16 October 2026.

The value of the financial support will be determined by the number of applications and the funds available to the SACAIR2026 LOC. Preference will be given to students and young academics presenting papers at the conference.
